The website trumia.com (the “Website”) is a website operated by Trumia Limited (“Trumia”/ “we”/ “our”/ “us”), a limited liability company registered in Malta whose principal place of business is at Quad Central, Q3 Level 3, Zone 1, Triq L-Esportaturi, Central Business District, Birkirkara, CBD 1040, Malta and licensed as a Financial Instituion by the Malta Financial Services Authority.
In line with our current license, Trumia operates as an Electronic Money Institution. It provides E-money accounts to both Corporates (B2B) and Consumers (B2C). It provides its customers with the ability to initiate Peer-to-Peer (“P2P”) transactions on its network, as well as to initiate local and international payments via its connectivity to the SEPA and SWIFT networks. The Institution also provides its customers with the ability to initiate payments from their thirdparty Bank Accounts (where applicable) through its Payments Initiation functionality driven through Open Banking.
